Basically you are going to need to take the time to fully commit, You just block your hormones for a while and then start taking estrogen (aka titty skittles)

Are you still in middle or high school? Do you look effeminate to begin with? Are you certain this is what you want? If so, start hormone treatment now. You may actually become a pretty attractive girl if you start treatment from a young age and are already somewhat feminine in figure.

Once you hit college, your body has already gone through the vast majority of its changes from puberty, so it will be exponentially harder to attempt to emulate the form of a woman. At this point, you can TRY to take treatment if you really want to, but you'll likely still have some male features to you such as:

I would have no problem calling you a her, but just know that a majority of people would consider you just as much of a female as a molded female form made out of clay. You might resemble one, but never truly be one. Also, think hard about it, because if this stems from fetishistic desires you might end up regretting it big time. It will also impact your friends and family, I know because my best friend came out to me recently as transexual and it made me feel feels I never could imagine.
