2 spoonfuls of peanut butter, 1 spoonful of jelly
10 spoonfuls of egg salad
3 slices of swiss cheese
copius amounts of ketchup, mayo
2 cups of iced tea koolaid
1 cup of strawberry banana koolaid
2 cups of fruit punch koolaid

Lower calorie diets offer a longer lifespan. I think it's pretty stupid to bat your diet around what you percieve to be masculine. I can squat 100kg and run 5-10k. Both of those things work for my fitness goals.
