I test intp on all of the usual tests linked here, but I have very strong and intense mood swings and bouts of fury/extreme sadness. Am I answering wrong or is this more likely something like bpd?

Fellow INTP, I used to deal with sadness but no longer. Although that may be because I finally came to accept that trying to live up to external measures would never make me happy. Instead I retreated into books and theory. I study for my own enjoyment and ignore the rest of the world, save a stupid job to pay my bills.

Thank you, anon. It means a lot. We were all like family for around eight years, 2004-2012.
She actually got a mutual friend who knows her in real life to help fake her death. We have a small forum that we post on. They continued logging into their accounts every few weeks, but otherwise initiated no contact. I sent them messages every month or two for about two years giving them updates on what the rest of us were up to and trying to keep the lines of communication open, but they never replied.
It's always hurt that people I loved and trusted and were like a brother and sister to me knew that I was in pain for over two years and just watched impassively. I don't know if she faked her death because she felt like she had to do so to get away from us (I always kept my PMs light and never contacted them outside the forums, but...). It's always made me feel dirty and like some kind of predator.
