I'm the same as you and Im actually very happy about this. Just go full on bald - you look badass and it's way more practical. I don't see why everyone makes male pattern baldness into such a big thing.

My hairline started to recede when i was 17. I'm a pretty ugly guy, but it pushes me over the edge into hideous territory. I would be able to get by if I weren't going bald, but i have absolutely no chance now

Shave the mustache end of your facial hair
Pick up a physical hobby
Clipper that shit down to a 1/4 inch

You look fine. You're lucky enough to have a somewhat suitable face for short clipper styles. Lose the baby fat and the self obsession.

Jesus I know people that are basically bald or half bald when they were 20. They still got laid with ease and had no problems because they didn't give a shit. Shit I get laid no problem and my hair has started to go, fuck I've got white hair in my beard at 26.
