Weeks of my life seem to disappear as if they never happened. Often I can't remember them at all. I've trapped myself in a loop and don't seem to have the will to break free.

Not creating new memories or doing much of note, so time rapidly speeds up and everything blends into each other since you're pretty much only interacting with yourself, so not much unexpected happens.
