hell no. they treat all equal. chads move up quicker obviously, but in the navy at least they give you you job based off how smart you are....most of the time. For example if you score well on aptitude test you can get any job you want like nuclear technician, crypto, linguist whatever, but if at the time you join that job isnt available you just get stuck with whatever they have to offer like cook, supply, weapons ect. All jobs have their stereotypes in military and even the autists have to pull their weight or get kicked out. Think of gomer pile
