Me too, life is a never ending cycle of suffering.
The only reason I'm alive right now is because I keep clinging on to the hope that things will improve.

My advice is try one new thing today. Just one. Literally ONE thing. Read a book, walk outside for like 5 minutes, try learning a new language for fun.
