I work at a Shoppers Drug Mart, as a cashier, merchandiser and occasional receiver.

As a tall, strong male with a decent work ethic, I seem to be the only person who gets tasked with slinging heavy shit. Otherwise,it's an ok job. Most of the management is ok to deal with, as long as you meet them halfway. (Except for the front store manager. He isn't there half the time)

These female managers nod and wink with other female employees because they all know the deal. The males either don't notice, or they don't speak up because hey it's just a McSlave job anyway. But they observe it and know it to be unfair and lazy of the female manager.

I know this because, when I was younger, I was the quiet beta. But as I started growing into assertiveness, I realized what was going on. Again, both in work and in everyday life. Women view quiet men as targets. It's not *just* that they don't want to fuck quiet men. That would be neutral and understandable. It's that they want to intentionally *use* them. I've seen this with every female manager I've ever had. They're trying to demonstrate to the female employees that it's ok to abuse men - feminism at work. While men managers are honest with everyone.
