That's all you have to do. There's no reason to listen to "fitness experts" who recommend you GET IN DA GYM AND KILL YASELF EVERY DAY, it's pointless for you. The "trick" to weight loss is just eating 2,000/day and NEVER CHEATING EVER AND NEVER GOING OVER THAT EVER NOT EVEN ONCE IN A MONTH. If you do that then you'll be fine.

If you have the urge to cheat then just plan for it. So if you want to eat a cupcake then just eat less other stuff that day. As long as you do the 2,000 calorie limit every day you will lose weight.
