Buy pants and belts from Goodwill or the Salvation Army unless you can get free shit that fits from donation drives. Buy underwear and socks in bulk(bundled together in packs) from Wal-Mart or somewhere. Buy plain t-shirts in bulk as well.

You could save a lot like this and look ok without wearing more than like $30 at any given time while Chad's wearing hundreds.
