but what about the main fuses, wont they pop?
>>35739254
This is the cliched method but i've heard there are all sorts of safety features that would prevent this from being lethal in both the appliance and in the house's electrical system. There's gotta be more to it than that.

Won't work in modern flats
electrocution is hard to achieve. even in prisions they had special built equipment that took 5 sec and had a minor failure rate
Climb up a power line.

You have to be touching the ground and the power line at the same time. That's why they're so high off the ground and they're impossible to bring down solo.
If there's ever a hefty storm, OP, go out and touch the first downed power line you see before it gets shut off.
Get a ladder and find low hanging powerlines and begin fileting the insulation off with a knifehypothetically

Go into your distribution box and disable the main breaker. I don't mean turn it off, I mean prevent it from functioning. Make a metal bracket for it to prevent it from tripping off.
Then, just use the heating element in water thing. Cause the breaker can't trip off, you'll just fry. Fill the bath with a conductor better than water though.
