Not too well I'm afraid, woke up feeling like shit more than usual

Skipped the first two classes in university again, still didn't have enough sleep. Missed the chance to see my crush there. So pretty shitty, I guess.

I'm staying awake to avoid the inevitable anxiety attack I'm going to have when I try and sleep. I fucked up majorly at work and I now I'm going to get yelled at this week and the anxiety is eating me up.

Stayed in bed as long as i could this morning. Feel bad this week and work anxiety is getting me down.

I'm hoping it's wears off as it also could be me feeling down after alot of drink at the weekend. Normally feel depressed after it, and that's affecting my work
