Wouldn't it get a bit claustrophobic?
Everywhere you look, just nothing but buildings and grey concrete and tiny streets
Like living in a cave

>Wouldn't it get a bit claustrophobic?

>never have to worry about food or predators
>always a comfy, clean place to live with doctors on staff
>all the sex you want
If it wasn't for the stupid humans gawking at them, zoo life sounds great

Yeah that's probably all that bears care about to be honest, but it's still degrading and depressing.
Not needing to survive cheats natural selection and makes their genepool isolated and complacent, I'd imagine that after a few generations of this they'de be unable to survive in their ancestor's natural habitat. That's what I find depressing about it, they have no reason to live other than providing vapid entertainment for zoogoers.

>they'de be unable to survive in their ancestor's natural habitat.
There's been numerous species that have been pulled from the brink of extinction due to the efforts of zoos, and the original animals' descendants do just fine in the wild life. Zoos are a net positive.

Oh, I guess It's not that depressing then.
Thanks for informing me, anon.

>all the sex you want

>Haha, isn't it funny that this is all of our lives now.
what do you mean?

Pft if I got PAID to live in my room and all the luxuries that came in it, including having my food delivered I'd take it in a heart beat. I wouldn't even care if that meant people would occasionally watch me jack off.

I've been there and though I typically do feel claustrophobic and nervous in cities, Tokyo has a charm about it which makes it feel like a living being. I've never been more interested in a city, NYC is second place though
