Any old robots miss the hot summers of the 90s?
Kids playing little league, nobody on their stupid phones, calling your buddy's house to hang out. Walking to 711. Stuck inside watching cable when it was actually good.

90s times were best times. No texting. No email. No friends with their faces glued to their stupid social media shit. Fuck this fucking century.

Pretty much this.
Everyone had their own niche or clique. Like goth, jock, tech nerd, skater. Yeah the styles were bad but at least it made people unique and interesting to talk to.
Especially the goth cuties.
Unlike today, "hey check out this meme I'm sending you lol".

Well yeah, I do miss summer vacation in the 90s, but not because of any of that normie shit. I missing playing Simcity 2000 for eight hours at a stretch and poking around weird pages on Geocities.
Honestly I wish the internet never was invented.
It would give me so much more opportunities to be around people.
The internet just makes it hard for people like me with no friends to ever be around people.
I miss finishing my hw on time just to catch DBZ and Gundam Wing after school on Toonami. Or going to my neighbor's house for Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.

The internet was essentially the globalism of social interactions. It used to be that you had your social circle and you operated mostly within those limits and this gave everyone opportunity to have some kind of social interaction and this meant that being a robot was harder.
Now with the internet, everyone can immediately interact with everyone else so those few who are lucky to be on the higher side of the social status ladder get all the attention and everyone else gets none.

Don't get me wrong tech was a great part of the 90s. It actually felt like you were "exploring" the Internet. You really didn't know what to expect to find. Finding that 30 seconds Real Player clip of the porn or anime was like treasure.
Now you have a general idea.

>run home from school
>CANT MISS DBZ BRUH
>it's another 23 minutes of grunting with no fighting
>repeat tomorrow

summer back then:
>legions of kids playing all over the neighborhood
>teenagers chilling and playing goldeneye/n64 shit
summer now:
>kids stay home playing online games
>teenagers are on their phones using facebook, twitter
>no fun allowed. work till you die
Me and my buds still hang out over the summer and shit like phones and the internet has only made it easier to arrange it all

Yeah but now if you get lost with your buds you know your way back home. No adventure finding how to get back.
Is it me or does it seem like people are more racist/discriminating today than in the 90s?

>No adventure finding how to get back
Unless you've been drinking booze in the hot summer sun all day
