New bipolar thread upped my lamotrigine dose to 200mg and it

maybe around a 6. The dose isn't too high. Just enough to test the waters, but i'm keeping in contact with my doctor, so hopefully everything will go well.

stopped taking all my meds (wellbutrin and zyprexa) except for my gabapentin.

who else /self-sabotage/ here? i get pleasure from making my life worse.

I was on antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication for a while. I weaned myself off of it but I think that was a mistake. I am so anxious and miserable now and have episodes of paranoia and panic.

How can you tell if you're a schizo/manic depressive?

well i'm in a depressed episode and want to kill myself, but i was already feeling that way before i stopped taking them.

i was diagnosed bipolar I but desu i never really feel manic. i'm always depressive. but i also have paranoid delusions and when it gets bad i experience psychosis , so maybe that's schizoaffective disorder?

It makes more sense to kill myself that deal with the literal nightmare of withdrawal.

huh? i was taking 20mg a day and quit cold turkey. no withdrawal effects.

My doctor is switching me to clozapine because abilify is "clearly not working" because i had a delusional episode while fully medicated.

Which drug should I try to get instead? I don't want to take clozapine. It seems like poison.
