I'm kind of out of the loop and the last time I somewhat socialized was at a top uni where intelligence was respected, but Idk about normies in general. Back in high school people seemed to be impressed, surprised, or once even jealous by above average knowledge of anything other than top 40 music and sports.

So do normies in general like intelligence? It seems like pseudo-intellectualism is becoming popular as "nerd culture" went mainstream and as people matured, but maybe that's just my take. Kendrick Lamar and JCole seem to be going for "woke" rather than "Money, hoes, cars, and clothes" and there are plenty of people trying to show of their intelligence on social media (Or at least fake it).

So what do you guys think? Do normies like intelligence? Is it just some groups of people like the indie/hipster scene or whatever it's called? Are there certain subjects that are acceptable while others are not (Politics/History/Philosophy/Pop science vs. autistic stuff)?
