Just want to run my album past people on the graveyard shift. Finished it and put it up yesterday, took hundreds of hours. It's entitled 'Withdraw from the World'. Made it all at home because of robot reasons, it's all my own equipment.

Anybody here been given time off work for depression? How do you manage money wise?
I had to have a week off work unpaid and another weeks holiday due to a suicide attempt in January, since then my hours at work have already been cut and this month I'll only get paid for less than 30 hours, my manager said I'm making more problems than I'm solving at work so I'm getting 1 shift per week "to focus on getting better". I'm financially fucked, someone here said I should claim for UC but I'm not sure if I can claim, I'm not sure either how temporary these hours will be.
Should I go to the job centre and try to speak to someone there or a helpline?

Proper CBT therapy with soneone with at least a master's degree in psych is too expensive.

Hey man, check out Dela cruz Sulfur, it's great as a spot treatment, just dab it on a spot and leave on over night (make sure to wash/tone/moisturise beforehand). After two or three days of doing this your skin may start to feel dry and peel - this means it's working, just keep it moisturised and stop using the sulfur for a couple of days until it stops peeling, then repeat the process until your acne is gone.

As for what face wash and moisturiser to use, CeraVe foaming cleanser and CeraVe moisturiser lotion are both pretty good - they contain ceramides, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid, which are all great for skin.

For toner I used Nip+Fab Glycolic night pads, it uses a combination of AHA and BHA acids (glycolic and salicylic acid).

So basically your morning routine should be face wash, then moisturise. Night routine should be face wash, tone, moisturise, sulfur spot treat.

Depending on how bad it is, it may take a month to start to see results, I had a pretty bad breakout which was the cause for this routine, and it took a month to see a major difference, and only 6 weeks for my acne to be gone completely.
