I'm kinda have those problem too. Maybe you're having avoidant persona, or schizo too?
I'm not average in appearance compared to my peers, can talk and be social if engaged or necessary, but in general I prefer to avoid or ignore others.

If you feel it's something wrong, you could try treating it to doctor or professionals.
Or if you're paranoid with big pharma and things, go force yourself to face people, it'll become a habit gradually.
I have developed a mask or act when I'm engaging other people, but deep down and when I'm alone I revert back to ignoring them.
