I knew one. Wellbutrin worked the best for my depression, but nothing really helped the other symptoms ever. I stopped talking Wellbutrin after I felt loads better, after maybe four months of taking it, and then not two months later I started feeling like shit again.
I thought I had mostly gotten my shit under control but things always go wrong as soon as I think I've got it figured out. So I might go back to therapy, if only just to have someone to talk and cry to on a weekly basis who can't walk away from me.

I think maybe the ones that actually apply to me are mdd, bpd and ptsd, but I'm not a doctor. That seems the most like me.

When I got a new psychiatrist he said he was surprised that no one ever tried Wellbutrin for me, that it's his favorite in treating patients with depression. I guess the side effects can be bad so most doctors will try something a little easier for them. But I thought it was worth it and can't wait to go back.

BPD is hard to describe. For me, it is just an intense fear of being rejected, discarded or otherwise left behind or forgotten. I do some retarded shit sometimes that I know is wrong and bad but at the time it's like autopilot has taken over and I'm not in my right mind, so I do shit like threaten to kill myself when I don't mean to, or random crying fits, breaking things, saying terrible insults to people etc.

The thing about BPD that I think is most important that other people know about is what is called "splitting:" basically you split people into categories, they are either all-good or all-bad, no grey area. So when you have someone all-good, it's called idealization, and when they inevitably let you down, it is called devaluation, and it feels like they are betraying and abandoning you even for the tiniest shit like not answering your question right away or something. This is what causes most fits or outbreaks with BPD, when someone crosses the line from all-good into all-bad and it shatters everything you thought you knew about them.

Having BPD is basically like being forced to over-react to everything all of the time. It's very emotionally exhausting and causes me to ruin relationships with people I love because either 1. I am too psycho for people to get close to or 2. I push them away and ruin the relationship before they can so I can avoid feeling rejection.

Also, I get depersonalization episodes and hallucinations as part of it.

I quit therapy because I felt like all my therapists only cared that I went to work and was nice to people, not that I actually felt better, and that no one was willing to get to the root of my problems which was what I wanted most.

hallucinations... for me they are mostly auditory. the most common one is that I can hear groups of people sometimes standing just beyond the bedroom door or something like that. They're talking together in low voices so I can't pick out what they're saying but I know they're talking about me. If I open the door there's no one there, and if I look around there's no TV on anywhere or anything, but it's always there, I mean not always always, but when I'm alone it is. for some reason I feel like one of them is wearing a pink pencil skirt with white tights and flats.

Sometimes I just hear people saying my name over and over again or sometimes I hear music like a band playing, except it's really distorted and doesn't sound good.

as far as visuals I mostly get motion tracers, especially in the mornings, but every so often I'll get shadow people at night, and even less frequently I'll see fully formed visual hallucinations which are usually dead bodies sitting in cars on the side of the road or severed hands on my bedsheet, really spooky stuff like that. that's only when things have been bad for a while and as far as I know is not typical with BPD.

I doubt I have BPD then. When I cut contact with people it's just done, there's nothing on my end beyond just leaving. It'll usually be everyone at once and not just one or two people though, I'll return to total isolation.

There's one thing that stood out to me reading BPD symptom stuff though that is mainly the whole reason I would even consider the idea of BPD.
