The supervisors give me positive attention/praise whenever i meet targets, not like a "Wow well done!", more like an acknowledgment, but very rarely for other people who trudge along. And the female team leaders interact with my like a kid, greet me with a high inflection, like you would a baby. The guy team leaders don't have banter with me, like they do the other employees, they just give super friendly advice and check up on me.

I'm self-aware that I may be over-thinking things, but boy oh boy there's something strange going on......... and I don't know if I have the capabilities to reflect upon myself and see why this is happening.
