If I read the budget proposal correctly, not only is he cutting an asinine amount of shit and programs from the government and feds, but things like the Social Security Administration are apparently getting increased spending.
Did... did I read that right? The SSA is essentially getting more money? Why? Of all the things you'd think he and house republicans would want cut, it would the SSA. But apparently reality is going in the complete opposite direction with that one. I... I don't understand...

Because the budget from taxes and where they're placed has been pretty much fucked since the post-Reagan era. And they're basically assigned to programs and affairs that don't make a lick of sense.
