If neither of these are helpful just start googling "learn japanese" or similar and make sure to practice what you've learned every day. If you really want to learn japanse you'll dedicate yourself. practice makes perfect so practice whenever you have time.

Now learn katakana. Then kanji grind with vocab and individual kanji simultaneously. Read basic grammar guide by tae kim. Practise what you learn, try reading yotsubato to help you along. There's a free anki vocab pack too floating somewhere on the internet
