I've been a vegetarian for 2 years and I am feeling better now, less tired during day, less acne. I only take B12. I don't care if someone eats meat though, not one of those annoying vegetarians/vegans. I don't miss meat at all. (not that I ate a lot of meat before, that's probably why it was an easy decision for me to go vegetarian). My BMI is 24.3, not skinny at all.
