do people usually discover religion at a later age?

I don't think Jesus cares about you going to church. It probably helps keep you in touch with the community and it's a good place to be free from temptations like drugs and alcohol, but I don't think you have to go to church to be a good Christian. I was going to go to church but decided to christpost here instead.
As for beating off, I just don't think you should let it control you. I do it once a day and I spend less time committing adultery by looking at women.
