I use a Wacom Intous Pro Medium with a new intous classic pen 4/5 (only cause my old pen broke) but I recently had to borrow a small wacom tablet and it was fine.

Really boils down to your budget. Even the cheapest wacom tablet is good if your good at painting, but if you want to splash out then get a Intous pro medium.

Yes it does.

Even though people say "brushes don't matter blah blah blah" I think certain ones are required for certain qualities. I tried drawing with certain brushes and it just look awful even after using my tablet for ages but I found some drawing brushes that really feel like traditional media.

And thanks, but I'm still no where near good enough to compete against professionals or /ic/. Just don't ever take a degree in art or illustration (I mean why would you?) it's not worth it and I need to vent about it every so often or I might go insane.
