Just testing out different ways to kill people, from a quick stab in the heart or throat slice to longer kills like just punching to death or breaking multiple limbs before finishing off.
Poisons are probably more boring but I'd try that too. There surely are some nice chemical tests to do.
Maybe explosives, but if the point is to not get caught, explosives kinda ruin that in most cases.
And for the targets, well random people really, the more varied the better, see how different people react to death. Maybe a family member to see what it feels like. I mean, in a practical sense, having a sister who mainly lives elsewhere isn't a huge loss anyway, might be an interesting experience.
Although I'll never be a serial killer I might just kill someone before naturally dying just to see what it feels like. And then jump off a high building before getting caught. I'll still probably be too lazy to do that though.
