Pepe is the annoying clingy kid who's overly physical with his friends. No one really likes him
Wojak is the quiet invisible kid no one sees

They're not very compatible. Not mortal adversaries or anything. If they were friends, Pepe would be annoying Wojak constantly and Wojak would wish he were alone but is too beta to do anything about it. Pepe also doesn't like Wojak but has not much choice because no one else likes him, even though he's oblivious to this fact.

Pepe is a more assertive figure than wojak, however that doesn't mean they can't get along

I think they are friends in same way that cartoon characters are friends, they fuck with each other a lot but they're always together because they have no one else who understands them.
