I have had dreams having sex with many people that i know regardless of sexual attraction involving fetishes that I do not necessarily have. I started having intrusive thoughts a few years ago, but now it is like i literally experience intrusive thoughts. It is like my brain thinks of what will disturb me the most and puts me into a simulation of it. oh yeah and there is no pleasure involved in any of these dreams.
