I don't think about anything when I go to bed. The only way I can fall asleep is to stay awake until I can't keep my eyes open any more. Otherwise thoughts won't stop and I just stay awake, tossing and turning. It also helps if the room is cold as shit so I can feel the weight of a dozen blankets on top of me. It's comforting.
