I have a portable AC unit since my room doesn't have AC. It requires an exhaust port for the hot air (tube pointing out the window) and a drain for the water it makes.

I drilled a hole in my wall to put a rubber tube through and out to the patio (second story), and connected it to the AC, so when it makes water it just drains through there.

Now what I also did is connect a Y pipe to the tube so it also has another rubber tube going to my desk thats also connected to a funnel with a lid, so I can efficiently pee from my desk, it drains outside to the planter where nobody will ever notice, I just wipe and toss the tissue in the trash and cover the funnel when finished.
