Leave your comfort zone in however way you see fit. Go out of town, out of state, out of the country. Try something you think you'd never do. Experience life outside of your bedroom and away from a screen.

I know that all sounds normie as fuck, but it's better than rotting away surrounded by piss bottles and cumrags and being miserable all the time. You can do it with minimal human interaction if you know what you're doing, too, so the autism/anxiety factors can be pretty low.

Eat something tasty.
Drink some water.
Sleep until you're well rested.
Learn a language and then talk with another human.
Laugh because there was something funny.
