I noticed my posture was going down hill after spending too long on the computer and when Id try correct it Id be slouching again after a few minutes.
So I had a genius idea. why not wear a bra? its like a constant reminder to sit up straight and its not weird that I wear it because I live alone and no-ones going to notice (although I have worn it to the shops under a jumper for general posture).
I made sure to get quite a large band on it (like in pic related) to have it be more noticable when wearing it. It also came with a pair of panties but I dont wear them because theyre too big around the butt

idk, Im no expert on bras honestly, I just ordered something off of amazon that looked like it had a thick band so itd be more noticable to me
make sure you measure just under your nipples to get the right size but I dont think thats super important
get a small of a cup size as you can so its not annoying/ noticable through your shirt (I know no-one else is gonna see it but the less outwardly noticable the better right?)
get a plain one itll probably be cheaper
