The opposite problem is way worse, my feet aren't long enough to cause issues but when combined with the width I end up needing expensive shoes because only expensive shoes are made in big weird sizes.

6'2, size 10 shoes. I only wear size 10 shoes for running and climbing though. My street shoes are 11, and thats mostly just because I like the extra room. Biggest insecurity is my wrist and forearm. Both are way to skinny for my size.

I am 6'4 and wear US size 14

I often find a great looking pair of boots but come to find that they just won't make them in my size, which is quite frustrating.

Other than that I don't really see why shoe size should affect your life in any way.
