Those aren't exactly rare (we don't know how common they are, but there are a significant number of men who have come forward about suffering from skin bridges as a result of circumcision).

Re-covering your glans won't get rid of the skin bridges. Some guys with skin bridges report that they became sites of chronic infection.

You might want to get in contact with Paul Tinari, at the Pacific Institute for Advanced Study. He had issues with skin bridges and went for a surgical foreskin reconstruction and surgery to get rid of the skin bridges, and he was happy.

Not guaranteeing that that's a good idea, that it'll work for you, or that he will even answer your email. But it could be worth a shot.

Of course, surgical foreskin reconstruction does NOT give you back a real foreskin. In the near future, Foregen might be able to actually use regenerative medicine to give you back an actual foreskin with the nerve endings and muscle tissue. It's possible that doing that would be impeded if you went for non-surgical or surgical foreskin restoration beforehand.

You might want to keep that in mind.
