Why are so many people falling for the anxiety/depression meme? If over 60% of the population claim to have it then it can no longer be claimed as a disorder. It is now simply part of the human condition. It is normal to be worried about things and feel upset, we feel these things because it's our bodys way of telling us to keep things in check and to always strive for more and never to become complacent with what we have because we are not supposed to be. Then they pay for these pills that are doing nothing truly helpful , they only make it worse. I worry about little shit almost every second of everyday like "did I lock the door" " did I come off as an ass in that conversation from a week ago?" Etc. But guess what? Everyone else does the exact same shit so why is this claimed as "anxiety" ? Is it just another way to "label" yourselves because you cannot figure out what else to say about yourself in your shitty social media profiles? The same goes for "depression" doing the same shit every single day makes anyone depressed. I wish every night when I go to sleep that I just won't wake up in the morning and can die peacefully in my sleep. Guess what? Eeeeeveryone else does also. You are not special so stop labeling yourselves and thinking you're different because you are no different then anyone else.
