Well it depends on what she is doing and her facial expressions and body language. What her eyes tell me, her walk, her lips, etc.

After analyzing all these things, I then produce the response that would benefit me the most.

Sometimes I'll smile and wave.
Sometimes I'll ignore them.
Sometimes I'll stare into their eyes until they look away (Sometimes they stare back, though. They stare until we walk by eachother or one of us do something)
Sometimes I'll just nod or wave or say "Hi" or something.
On rare occasions I'll look down.

Usually ignore her unless she's my type, then look away. If she smiles at me and she does that often I'll smile as well. If she smiles for the first time I'll be caught by a surprise and get confused a bit.
