We've made two extremely autistic half finished tracks with my friend on acid last evening but it might actually be too autistic to post ITT

Music is all i have. My gf broke up with me a month ago and i have no friends. I get up, do some drugs, play music, do more drugs, play more music. You always have this voice in the back of your head telling you "maybe if you can just find the right notes to express yourself she will hear it and know it was you calling to her."

On a side note, at least i have a mini home studio with everything needed so i can get ideas down efficiently.

What do you guys use to record/produce?

I've somehow bought a korg ms20 mini, a launchkey 49, a condenser mic and some generic non monitor speakers over the years for no particular reason.
I use a 7 year old pc and pirated bitwig studio 1.3 to arrange stuff with, but I'm honestly still stuck at the phase where I'm watching youtube videos about the technicalities of using plugins, sound synthesis/manipulation and mastering.
I think I might be more into (and effective at) that part of music creation than coming up with melodies and song dynamics.
I'm just too retarded for that, I don't even know anything about chords or scales feelsbadman

By watching videos on these things I don't mean I'm just getting started, but that I feel like I know most of what I need to know about sound design and how digital signals work and what to aim for when mastering etc, but I'm still taking in a lot of tips and things to look out for by watching youtube tutorials and live producing sessions.
