pretty good base just lean to carb cycle with 2 low days back to back ans should be ripped within 2-3 months just gotta adjust maco ratios evey 2-3 weeks to compensate for the fat loss. 45% Protein, 35% Fats, 20% Carbs should bea good macro ratio to use.

Just because I don't have abs doesn't mean I'm fat. My stomach is firm, if you punch it's hard. I can do 30 push ups in one go (full repetitions chest to ground) which is impressive since I'm 6'3" and have long arms. Also, adonis belts are genetic and that is not love handles it's just my hips are a little wider than normal and stick out.
