i was trying to do the same. im mexican so everything is wrapped in a tortilla for me so i cut them out but i guess my body couldnt handle it and took over where i went on a taco binge.

i wish i could tell you. ive been fat since i was 10 so i dont really remember being thin or running without collapsing after 20 seconds. so when i get sad and think about being a fat blob i eat and i feel better.

Losing weight doesn't change anything. You'll always be fucking miserable. Over the past two days all I have eaten is a sandwich and a banana because of how much I hate myself and feel guilty about being alive.

you can do it OP. Just think of being hungry as 2 kinds of hunger. You get the first wave for energy, but then you start burning fat. When you get the second wave and need actual important nutrients, that's when you eat. If you need help, distractions like vidya help. You can make it.
