IBS is almost always in pair with other mental problems. There is high chance than if you have some mental illness that loves cortisol you will have ibs. For example 2/3 of people with ocd has IBS as well.

Its pretty shitty condition desu. If you can not poo on regular basic, you can not be sure when you are going to poo again. Your glue in consistency that its hard to push from ass, even if you manage to push it out of your ass it has glue like consistency which makes its almost impossible to clean your ass without shower. Every time you are in public for several hours its a fucking problem. During constipation shit is bowel is putting pressure on bladder and/or prostate and makes you pee every half hour.

Sometimes when I am in public toilet trying to take a dumb I hear some healthy people taking a dumb. It takes them few second to take a dumb, healthy people have almost miracle shit that require no cleaning at all. I am jelly as fuck.

Every time I see some faggot on /r9k/ crying because he is ugly or cut but avg healthy in general, I laugh, because they have no idea how lucky they are.

Fucking ibs is something that will not kill you, but makes your life really shitty, even the most simple jobs are out of touch, like being a cashier or driver, because every time you take a shit it require minutes to push shit + clean ass and without shower you will be smelly in public.

For people with ibs "eat more fiber and drink water" equivalent of "be yourself"
