I used to do the same shit when I was unemployed. Playing vidya and using PC in general wasn't even fun anymore it just made me feel numb. Now I only play vidya a few times a week and I try to go on hikes and walks instead. Try finding some kind of hiking club or something, you'll make friends there. I just go alone most of the time but it's nice to socialise.
