Do you want to improve your life? How do you plan on doing so?
I realized that there are a lot of small things that I don't particularly like about my life or myself (I clutter a lot, I'm out of shape, sometimes I lose my temper, I have bad dandruff, etc) so I'm going to really put forth an effort to solve each of these problems one at a time and see what happens to my mindset.
Who knows...I might turn out happy...

I've been experimenting with self-control. I listen to a lot of music so first I didn't listen to any music for forty days. Now after twenty days of a return to normalcy, I'm going to fast from both music and the Internet for forty more days. I'll continue this pattern, slowly increasing the amount of asceticism in my life, and see where it gets me. I'm hopeful. At the very least, I hope I can kick my procrastination habit.

I tried really hard, almost made it but crashed with a thud. I gave up for a year, now my body is a mess and my mind is absent. I'm going to move in with my family in hopes of things improving. Maybe I can recover and this time it might work. I've tasted freedom but of course the taste seems reserved for everyone but me.

>getting laser
>dieting (not fat but don't want to be "flabby")
>learning different things I like (cooking, languages, movies, trying to read a bit more)
>working
