I write in my journal, I write poetry or thoughts, I talk to my friends if they're available, and I also go for runs/excersize.

Despite all this, I'm typically screaming in pain and destroying shit around me by the end of the night. It's insatiable.

Learn to scream internally, not easy at first, but pretty handy

try starting a fire, always makes me feel better. nothing irresponsible like a dumpster but something controlled like a box of matches, a cap fire, a flamethrower, a bonfire.
