im a slightly normie female lurker, and i doubt you'll get many replies (considering the first thing you do is call a board a thread lol), because of the way you just list things off. ive seen plenty of other threads which generally say the same thing in a bit more of a personal-attack type way and that gets a lot more replies because its more impactful. you present yourself as this amazing self help figure but i dont think you realise that most of these people hear this shit all the time from nagging who evers, and even if they dont, these things may seem as hard as climbing mount everest.
and a lot of people die trying to climb that fucking mountain.

You are probably right. I am not trying to help or expect it to help. The mountain must be really high for them but it's mostly because they think it is. I kinda just typed that shit down for boredom and I am interested to see if there are other people like me lurking here.
