In my experience there isn't much of a difference. Some are good leaders who can keep their employees motivated and happy, some are greedy douchebags whose goal is to run their business into the ground and scrape as much profit off the top as they can before the business goes bankrupt so they can start all over again. Unfortunately most fit into the latter category.

This wagecuck has worked 7 jobs. My favorite boss is a woman. My least favorite boss is also a woman. Sorry to disapoint the women hat3rs in this thread but women are just average at being in charge.

Women boss by far. If you're a decent looking guy having a women for your boss is the shit. I've fucked up so many times and I literally got a 5 percent raise a few months ago. Every man I've worked for has been a complete bitch.

It's humiliating because she's my age.
She's as manipulative, gossipy and back stabbing as any regular woman, only now she has a modicum of power that isn't sex. And she runs wild with it. Fires people simply because she doesn't like them.
Refuses to hire other women because she sees them as a threat.

Speaking as a manager myself, a female is horrible. Nothing is about the job, it all becomes personal. They pick favorites then play them against each other. They can't separate themselves in a cold and objective way.
