Same. I'm a shit NEET and measured how much time each day I was doing what since I would be going to bed at 4AM and waking up at 1PM.

Turns out it was more or less 13 hours of me dicking around on 4chan while playing free to play mobile games on my phone, one hour of walking outside, and only one hour of actual video games.

I dropped my fucking phone on the ground just outside my house so now all of my progress in those dumb games is gone forever and I don't feel like starting new accounts with shittier characters. So that's one less distraction. I'm getting a new phone but I'll probably just get one or two of the those same games again,

I just spent $4000+ on a new computer. I told myself that with the dawn of a new age of gaming I would do myself right and balance myself out with proper exercise, diet and mental focus.
