i'm inclined to agree in some situations, like revenge killings. why should the state and "society" get to punish someone who fucked over me or my family? it's a fucked up system. i'm not saying we shouldn't have laws or a judicial system, but not every crime should go before a court. that of course comes down to local police and district attorneys and they should be able to overlook feuds since they are self-contained between two parties, families, whatever.
