what games do you use to express bad feelings that you have? I've been playing lots of Enter the Gungeon and Hotline Miami 2 sometimes

I like Postal 2, but when I play it when I feel like that just feels kind of empty for some reason. Like I just end up killing everyone and it doesn't feel meaningful, they just feel like NPCs. I've been having this problem in some other games too, I guess I just have problems getting immersed when I feel like that

I've been known to download a trainer for GTA V, log onto singleplayer, toggle godmode + inf. ammo and just unload on civilians and cops.
