I overeat when I'm depressed. It's a big problem.

I wish that was my problem. My problem is that I start eating compulsively, because it's the only thing that makes the bad thoughts go away for even a moment anymore.

Me. And I have to eat at least 2300 fucking calories per day because of gym and bulking. I'm also lactose intolreant so I cant eat tasty calorie dense foods like pizza or ice cream. Fucking shit.

It's not that I lose appetite but I lose the drive to eat.

Like right now. I'm starving and if food magically appeared in front of me I'd eat it right away, but I can't be assed to prepare or order some food.
