60 hammer curls (2 sets of 30 on each arm) 100 sit-ups (2 sets of 40 and 1 of 20), 100 bicep curls (2 sets of 50 on each arm), and 25 push-ups. Born with taco/sandman genes on dad's side so I improve decently when I'm not a lazy faggot
